Q. Is a content creator a replacement for a videographer?
A. No. We wouldn't consider ourselves a replacement service to a videographer as the approach and execution of the content is entirely different. We would advise couples that the ideal media team for a Wedding or Event would comprise of a photographer, videographer and a content creator, but the needs of couples will vary and some may only opt for one or two of these services.
Q. Are you happy to work alongside my videographer and or photographer?
A. Of course! We are more than happy to work with your other suppliers. We will likely liaise with both you and your other suppliers ahead of the day, so that we can facilitate a collaborative approach and you can get the most out of all of us without us treading on eachother's toes.
Q. Do you require a meal if you are going to be at our event all day?
A. No! We fully appreciate catering at weddings and events is costly and as such we will happily bring our own food to consume during a short break whilst you are eating with your guests.
Q. Will you create content at my Baby Shower, Birthday or Christmas Party?
A. Yes! We're open to creating content at any type of event, just let us know your plans and we can arrange a more personalised quote.
Q. We are planning on having pets at our wedding, can they be included in the content?
A. Yes! This is no problem at all, pets are the stars of the show after all, right?
Q. Do you cover weddings outside East Anglia?
A. Yes! Whilst we generally cover weddings in Norfolk and Suffolk, we're happy to travel. Travel is free within a 35 mile radius of NR31. Travel to events further afield incurs an additional charge of 45p per mile both to and from the event. For events more than 2.5 hours in travel time from NR31, there may be further overnight stay costs incurred.
Q. What equipment do you use?
A. Content for your event is created on on an iPhone device used in conjunction with stabilisation accessories, lights and chargers if required. Editing software is used post production.
